Lalmin® Zn50 is an inactivated dried whole-cell (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) yeast product containing elevated zinc levels. This process allows the mineral to react with the components of the yeast cell, and the following gentle processing conditions preserve the levels of the main minerals, vitamins, and other microelements present in yeast.
How to use:
