Description
Based of natural vegetable products free from Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS) with glucoside as surfactant.
INCI: Propylene Glycol , Water , Sodium Stearate, Coco Glucoside, Glycerin, Sorbitol, Coco Betaine, Citric Acid, Titanium Dioxide.
pH: 9,0 – 9,5
Application:RE-ST- 05 is a hot melt compound for the manufacture of high quality white soap bars. It combines effective cleansing and pleasant skin feel with the visual impact, offered by its appearance. It has good foaming and low degree of decomposition of water. The soaps can be produced by melting RE-ST- 03 at a temperature of 65-70ºC. Add fragrance and poured into molds. The addition of essential oils and base oils are recommended 0.1-03%.
For larger concentrations have problems with the dissolution of the oils recommended to be used as an intermediate solvent Polysorbate 20 and PEG 40 hydrogenated castor oil in concentrations from 0.5 to 1%.
Recommended doses for use:
- RE-ST- 05 99.0%;
- Perfume (alkaline stable) – 1.0%;
- Dye stuff (water-soluble) – q. s.
Storage:RE-ST- 05 should not be stored at temperatures under 0ºC for a longer period.
