Cosmetic products:
We can develop cosmetic products at your request and produce them into a finished product. Creams, lotions, shampoos, conditioners, serums, etc.
Food supplements:
We can develop food supplements at your request and make them
produce to finished product. In liquid form and powder form: syrups, drops, powder and gel sachets, capsules.
To develop the product you will need guidance, what you want it to be, what ingredients you prefer to have. It is best to discuss the details with a pre-arranged meeting in our production factory.
Cosmetic Products — Formulation Development
Starting price: on request (determined after the brief and complexity assessment)

Consultation and scoping (goals, sensorial profile, reference products, active ingredients)
Development of up to 3 variations + laboratory samples
Included laboratory tests (as applicable):
– Freeze–Thaw (thermal stress)
– Accelerated stability: months 0/1/3/6 (physicochemical + microbiological parameters)
– Long-term stability: 2 time points (start/end) as planned
– Microbiology: total viable count, yeasts & molds, E. coli, S. aureus, P. aeruginosa, C. albicans
– Challenge test (preservative efficacy) — when required for the product typePreparation of the Product Information File (PIF) and CPNP registration
Project coordination and documentation; delivery of final formula, specifications, and manufacturing instructions

Dietary Supplements — Formulation Development

What’s included:
Consultation and scoping (purpose, dosage form, actives and constraints)
Development of up to 3 variations + laboratory samples
Technical documentation: raw-material and finished-product specifications, process sheet, manufacturing instructions
Labeling guidance (mandatory elements and warnings)
Preparation of the full documentation for registration with the BFSA (Bulgarian Food Safety Agency)
Laboratory analyses: microbiology, active-ingredient assays, heavy metals, etc. — on request, performed by accredited laboratories based on product specifics.
Indicative timeline: up to 180 working days from project start and receipt of all required input.

The minimum quantity:
100 kg of each product. / the quantity for 1000 pcs. finished product.

The deadlines are determined depending on the workload of the production department and the shipping department, approximately 5-10 working days.
Production and packaging in Doypack
The products are developed according to the customer’s requirements.
We can pack in doypack cosmetic products, tea, and powder products.
The minimum quantity:
1000 pcs. finished product in a triplex package with a zipper (Doypack).
The production price varies per kg of the finished product depending on the complexity of production.
The cost of production varies per kg of finished product depending on the complexity of production, materials used and the specificity of the ingredients.
You must provide packaging, labels, and cartons for your product.
Price for filling, and packing in a carton: 0.6 EURO/ piece. without VAT at minimum quantity and without specifics of the packaging.
Production time for the minimum quantity is 2 working days, but the shipment is determined depending on the production program – from 5 to 15 working days.
